Your Agreement with AI Work Grid

  • Truthfulness: Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • No Reverse Engineering: You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of AI Work Grid's software or underlying technology.
  • Your Content, Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you generate, upload, or process using AI Work Grid. Ensure you have the necessary rights to use and share any input data.

If you violate these acceptable use guidelines, we may suspend or terminate your account.

Intellectual Property

We respect intellectual property rights, both yours and ours, and expect you to do the same.

  • Our Stuff: AI Work Grid owns the platform itself, including its software, design, branding, tools, and technology. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these services as intended under these Terms.
  • Your Stuff: You generally retain ownership of the content you create and input into AI Work Grid. When you use our tools to generate content, you own the output, provided your input was also original or you had the rights to use it. However, to operate and improve our services, you grant AI Work Grid a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your input and generated content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving our services.
  • Respecting Others' IP: You agree not to use AI Work Grid to infringe upon the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.

Limiting Our Liability

We strive to provide excellent service, but there are certain things we can't guarantee.

  • "As Is" Service: AI Work Grid is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make any warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of our services or the content generated through them.
  • AI Output Caveats: Please be aware that AI-generated content can sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or even produce "hallucinations" (fabrications). AI Work Grid does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy or quality of any content generated by our tools, and you use such content at your own risk.
  • No Indirect Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Work Grid will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Overall Liability Cap: In no event will AI Work Grid's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid us in the past six (6) months for the services giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

Ending Your Relationship with AI Work Grid (Termination)

  • By You: You are free to stop using AI Work Grid at any time. You can typically close your account through your account settings or by contacting us.
  • By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to AI Work Grid, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion, without notice and liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms, engage in illegal activities, or if we discontinue our services.
  • What Happens Next: Upon termination, your right to use AI Work Grid will cease immediately. We may delete your content and data, though some information may be retained in backups or for legal compliance. Sections related to intellectual property, liability limitations, and general provisions will survive termination.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we'll notify you by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of AI Work Grid after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
